In the unlikely event that the product is found defective, please return the appliance in its original packaging with a money order or cashiers check for the amount of $29.99 (after the first year) for shipping, handling, and processing. If your product is found defective within the first year of use we will wave the shipping and handling fee. You will receive your replacement within 7-10 business days. Please also include your current mailing address and phone number.
