We offer variable temperature settings with all of our tools. Our best advice: start with a low temperature and gradually increase the heat based on your hair and styling needs.

First, the plates need to be warmed, not too hot to touch. Unplug the iron – Never clean your flat iron while plugged in! Then, take a damp terry cloth and wipe down the plates until there is no more build up. Make sure the flat irons is completely dry before using it again. Clean regularly for the best results.

An Ion is a group of atoms that carries either a positive or negative charge as a result of losing or gaining one or more of its electrons. Ionic technology is based on the familiar chemical principle that opposites attract – in other words, negative ions will bond to positive ions.

Negative ion reduce static electricity and counter positively charged ions normally found in damaged or slightly damaged hair. Additionally, negative ions help break up water molecules into smaller particles, drying hair up to 70% faster than traditional dryers. Negative ions don’t stop there; they continue to repair your hair throughout the drying process by sealing the hair cuticle, locking in natural moisture, protecting your hair and adding shine.
